Why ScrollDown exists

ScrollDown creates practical digital challenge kits that help friends, families, and coworkers spend less time doomscrolling and more time choosing what deserves their attention.

Our approach replaces solitary willpower with clear group rules, honest check-ins, and non-cash stakes. Every resource is designed to be flexible, reusable, and free from shame-based tactics.
